60% refund will be made if ticket is cancelled 72 hoursbefore the event
50% refund will be made if ticket is cancelled 48 hoursbefore the event
40% refund will be made if ticket is cancelled 12 hoursbefore the event
No refund will be made in case of no show or cancellation after the event starts
